Responsibilities
- Lead architecture work for large projects and ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Design and quality-assure application architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Guide developers and architects on engineering practices, technical choices, modernization, containerization, serverless, and cost-conscious cloud design.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and automated testing.
- Support presales, estimates, and solution descriptions, with approximately 50% of the role dedicated to presales and 50% to billable work.
- Advise Nordic customers and teams and contribute to internal competence development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Solid experience in application development and software engineering, including backend, full-stack, or cloud-native development.
- Competence in API design, integration patterns, event streaming with Kafka, and modern architecture patterns.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead developers and architects in complex technology environments.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
