Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and technical spine for Cognite’s Integrated Supply Chain offering.
- Align high-impact supply chain use cases and deploy them as demonstrations or customer solutions.
- Lead customer knowledge-graph modeling sessions covering domain data models, temporal relationships, and complex hierarchies.
- Guide customers on graph, AI, and UI architecture and integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and enterprise source systems.
- Author structured AI skills with fixed parameters, guardrails, testable anchors, and aligned data models and agent logic.
- Own agentic tooling, testing, evaluation frameworks, escalation handling, and root-cause classification for graph queries and agent/UI behavior.
- Support enterprise architecture reviews and quantify commercial impact for executive business cases.
- Enable partners with reusable demos and accelerators and maintain consistent terminology across models, documentation, and AI logic.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of industrial supply chain planning and execution, including connections to production, quality, and maintenance, plus fluency with ISA-95/88 and SCOR frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
- Experience designing industrial information or knowledge-graph data models and integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and frontend development using TypeScript and React, with strong engineering discipline and automated testing practices.
- Experience with AI tool routing, multi-stage evaluation, root-cause debugging, edge-case handling, and agentic AI or LLM workflow design.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills for audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, SQL, and ERP, MES, WMS, and TMS source systems.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
