Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable and resilient distributed-system components.
- Deliver features and load/performance tests for high-volume retrieval, storage, and processing.
- Build fault-tolerant paths using redundancy, replication, automatic failover, retries, circuit breakers, and timeouts.
- Detect and mitigate operational issues using tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry.
- Author runbooks and participate in incident response and root-cause analyses.
- Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Apply encryption, access, and remediation controls while meeting change, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Review peer implementations for scalability compliance.
