Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery across the development lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for financial processes.
- Provide technical advisory support, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.

- Mentor and support team members in their professional and technical growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is stated, with a later requirement specifying a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in SAP HANA Technical Architecture and SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for financial processes.
- Proficiency in performance optimization and maintaining high software quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide influencing and advisory support.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
