Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance front-end and back-end components for custom enterprise applications.
- Use Java full-stack technologies and modern frameworks to deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless solution integration and adoption.
- Apply engineering best practices to accelerate delivery without compromising software quality.
Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least five years of overall professional experience is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
