Responsibilities

Build autonomous and semi-autonomous customer-facing and internal systems that drive revenue and marketing efficiency.
Own end-to-end product execution from prototypes to reliable production systems.
Work across the full stack, including APIs, orchestration, data flows, and frontend experiences.
Collaborate with marketing, demand gen, and sales stakeholders to define success metrics.
Apply OpenAI models in innovative ways, balancing tradeoffs between models and architectures.
Iterate continuously based on live usage and performance data.

4+ years of experience as a software, product, or ML engineer on user-facing systems.
Experience building, deploying, or operating complex systems in production.
Comfortable working without a groomed backlog and framing problems independently.
Fluent in Python or JavaScript and capable of building full-stack applications.
Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and monitoring.
Curiosity about modern AI models and their impact on system design.
Familiarity with sales, marketing, or go-to-market workflows is a plus.
Strong sense of ownership and focus on measurable business outcomes.
Collaborative and pragmatic approach to building AI solutions.
