$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous customer-facing and internal agentic systems that drive revenue, pipeline, and marketing efficiency.
- Own end-to-end product execution from early prototypes through reliable production systems with instrumentation and evaluations.
- Develop across the full stack, including APIs, orchestration, data flows, frontend experiences, and deployment.
- Partner with marketing, demand generation, and enterprise sales stakeholders to define success metrics and requirements.
- Apply OpenAI models and tooling while making tradeoffs among models, platforms, and architectures.
- Iterate based on live usage, agent behavior, and performance data.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software, product, or ML engineer working on user- or customer-facing systems.
- Experience building, deploying, or operating complex production systems, ideally including agents or automation at scale.
- Fluency in Python or JavaScript and comfort building full-stack applications.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and production monitoring.
- Curiosity about modern AI models and willingness to experiment with evolving AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, or go-to-market workflows, or willingness to learn revenue systems.
- Strong ownership, collaborative execution, pragmatism, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
