Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set foundational infrastructure best practices and architecture.
- Develop and own the team’s DevOps processes.
- Ensure the security and monitoring of critical production systems.
- Support infrastructure requiring more than five nines of reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems with high-quality, well-documented code, ideally in Rust, C++, C, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience with Unix systems and DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Demonstrated high agency, willingness to work across unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a team-first attitude.
- Passion for decentralized finance.
- Experience with blockchain technology, preferably Solana, is preferred.
- Experience in quant trading or fintech is preferred.
