Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize core platform services supporting secure development workflows.
- Automate provisioning of compliant developer environments and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain and evolve the internal developer platform using Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Drive cloud-native, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, automation, and scaling practices.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions, documentation, code reviews, learning sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Debug complex systems and support developer experience and operational effectiveness across the company.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is advantageous but not required.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and YAML.
- Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Podman.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, and automation.
- Experience or familiarity with tools including Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Gerrit, and Nexus.
- Experience with on-premise infrastructure, self-hosted systems, and Linux-based environments is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking and system administration concepts such as DNS, firewalls, certificates, and reverse proxies.
- Previous experience in regulated or high-security environments is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, including meeting the stated residence and criminal-record conditions.
