Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize core platform services supporting secure development workflows.
- Automate provisioning of compliant developer environments and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain and evolve the internal developer platform using Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Drive cloud-native, GitOps, automation, scalability, resilience, and security best practices.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions, documentation, code reviews, and team learning sessions.
- Debug complex systems and share technical knowledge across the DevSecOps team.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required; Danish is advantageous but not required.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and YAML are required.
- Hands-on knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Podman is required.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, and automation is required.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or GitLab CI is relevant to the role.
- A cloud-native mindset focused on scalability, resilience, and security is required.
- Experience with on-premise infrastructure and self-hosted systems such as GitLab and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Familiarity with Gerrit, Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube is preferred.
- Comfort working in Linux-based environments, including shell scripting and troubleshooting, is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking and system administration concepts such as DNS, firewalls, certificates, and reverse proxies is preferred.
- Previous work in regulated or high-security environments is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
- Applicants must be able to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, including meeting stated residence and criminal-record conditions.
