Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Develop scalable full-stack solutions using Java, React JS, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements, solve problems, and make key technical decisions.
- Serve as an SME and provide guidance and support to the immediate team and other teams.
- Manage team activities, mentor junior members, and foster collaborative development.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and application quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React JS, Spring Boot, Restful API, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
