Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Drupal 10/11 web applications and platforms.
- Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules, themes, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Design and implement headless CMS solutions using API-driven architectures and front-end frameworks including React.js.
- Drive application security, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements, effort estimates, solution design, and proposal development.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
- Support IAM integrations, including SSO solutions with Okta and similar platforms.
- Mentor development teams and promote coding standards, architectural best practices, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on Drupal CMS experience, including recent Drupal 10 and/or Drupal 11 experience.
- Strong expertise in Drupal theme development using Bootstrap and Twig customization.
- Experience developing custom modules, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.
- Experience implementing headless Drupal architectures and modern front-end technologies; React.js experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience implementing SSO solutions using Okta or other IAM platforms.
- Understanding of application security standards, compliance requirements, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience managing Drupal multisite environments.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.
- Preferred: enterprise-grade Drupal architecture, Single Directory Components, HLDs, solution architecture documentation, AWS, Docker, Agile/Scrum, technical leadership, developer mentoring, cross-functional team management, Google Lighthouse, and generative AI tools.
