Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for o9 implementation projects.
- Engage client stakeholders to understand requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Design and document solutions and guide configuration teams through implementation.
- Drive conversations with client business stakeholders and coordinate with development, product, business, and technology teams.
- Define technology future states and roadmaps while balancing business efficiency, system performance, security, compliance, and architectural standards.
- Apply supply-chain planning expertise across demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, production planning, and S&OP.
- Manage and lead teams, mentor team members, solve problems, and drive project progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required, including experience implementing o9 and similar supply-chain management software solutions in client environments.
- Experience serving as a Solution Architect, Senior Solution Consultant, or Senior Solution Configuration professional on at least two o9 implementation projects.
- Strong design, software configuration, and reference-model skills.
- Experience with one or more supply-chain business processes, including demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, production planning, or S&OP.
- BTech, BE, or MCA qualification and 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
