Responsibilities
- Translate client objectives and RFP requirements into winning solution concepts for strategic deals.
- Develop end-to-end outsourcing solutions covering governance, delivery models, staffing, locations, service hours, service levels, enabling tools, transformation approaches, and commercials.
- Own or contribute to application management outsourcing pursuits, including win themes, estimation, transformation solutions, proposal defense, and BAFO or contract negotiation support.
- Lead cross-functional teams and present differentiated value propositions to senior client stakeholders.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and tailor solutions to improve win and down-selection rates.
- Support initiatives to industrialize the solutions process and improve the competitiveness of AMS proposals.
- Share knowledge, provide domain expertise, and build competency skills within the team.
- Maintain high utilization on AMS pursuits and contribute to strategic and team initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or an MBA from a premier institute.
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience, including strong solution architecture experience for strategic deals and work across multiple technologies.
- Extensive application management outsourcing presales experience, preferably involving large, multi-tower engagements and new-logo pursuits.
- Experience with end-to-end solution ownership, including estimation, transformation roadmaps, pricing methods, commercial aspects, and the solution lifecycle from transition through steady state and optimization.
- Ability to create innovative technology solutions for vendor consolidation, cost optimization, delivery-model transformation, and packaged solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Prior experience with multinational companies or tier-one IPPs.
- Strong awareness of large transformation engagements, competitive bidding, competitors, and benchmarks.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, leadership, and team-orientation skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in external forums is preferred.
- ITILv3 or PMP/PRINCEII certification and SAP experience are advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps and SAFe Agile is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively and at short notice.
