Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and establish architecture, reliability, performance, and quality standards.
- Own critical systems and major product areas end-to-end, writing impactful full-stack, frontend, backend, and AI integration code as needed.
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while building a high-trust, high-feedback engineering culture.
- Work directly with customers to turn complex problems into shippable work, measure outcomes, run demos, and troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with product, design, go-to-market, and the San Francisco and Dublin teams to shape roadmaps and drive decisions forward.
Requirements
- At least four years of engineering experience, ideally at a Series A to C startup shipping complex customer-facing products.
- Experience with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, leading technical decisions, or architecting significant product areas.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.
- Applicants should share something they have built and a short note about their background and interest in the role.
