Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction by setting architecture, reliability, and performance standards.
- Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
- Work directly with customers to translate complex problems into shippable work.
- Own critical systems end-to-end, ensuring quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams across locations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.
- Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products.
