Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance all aspects of large-scale model training.
- Develop and optimize kernel development and data loading.
- Improve parallelism and fault-tolerance in model training.
- Collaborate with researchers to co-design and improve models.
- Shape the research agenda for AI applications in trading.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills in CUDA/Triton/Pallas/CuTe DSL kernel development.
- Two or more years of experience building deep learning systems.
- Experience in translating methods between different application areas is valued.
- LLM experience is a plus but not required.
- Finance experience is not necessary.
