Responsibilities
- Complete end-to-end and integration tests within a large software system.
- Define end-to-end user stories and test scenarios for new and changed functionality.
- Execute and script tests, support other testers, and peer-review release preparation and execution.
- Understand system business and user journeys and integration endpoints.
- Participate in all development-cycle phases from analysis through delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams, project stakeholders, and product owners or leads on change impact assessments.
- Deliver a valuable business increment in each sprint and improve team ways of working.
- Provide component support for client needs.
- Create, manage, and facilitate defect triage meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software design, engineering, computer science, or telecommunications engineering.
- At least one year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering at a software-driven company.
- At least one year of experience with QA methodologies and the QA role in the software development lifecycle.
- At least one year of experience creating test plans and detailed test cases for efficient feature coverage.
- Programming knowledge and basic SQL knowledge.
- Business-professional English reading and writing skills and strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, solve problems, and interpret technical and business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid EU working permit.
- Agile or Scrum experience, test automation, object-oriented programming concepts, Behavior Driven Development, JIRA, and GitHub knowledge are advantageous.
