Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from analysis through delivery.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests for new functionality and changes to existing features.
- Identify quality risks, analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the team on timely resolution.
- Ensure high product quality and contribute valuable increments to the business in each sprint.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues in an Agile development environment.
Requirements
- Technical degree in software engineering, computer science, or telecommunications engineering.
- At least 1+/2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE and relational databases.
- Exposure to automated testing; experience with BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, and Postman is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of best practices for creating system test scripts and executing tests.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Good English language proficiency and permission to work in the EU.
