Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR technology solutions that support business goals and improve employee experience.
- Gather requirements from HR and IT stakeholders and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Support architecture frameworks for talent management, learning, and workforce planning systems.
- Collaborate on HR platform integration with enterprise systems while maintaining data consistency and compliance.
- Evaluate HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Provide technical input during solution development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to usability, efficiency, and data quality.
- Ensure HR solutions follow data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Track HR technology trends and contribute insights to solution design and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Alternatively, a master's degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
- Certifications listed include Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resource from MIHRM, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2020.
- Required skills include commercial modeling, critical thinking, data analytics, data visualization, finance, forecasting, insight generation, people leadership, and strategic advisory.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
