Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code for cloud and on-premises resources.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, security scanning, and release workflows.
  • Deploy, scale, and operate workloads on cloud and on-premises Kubernetes environments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to identify and resolve reliability issues.
  • Apply DevSecOps practices and implement automated security and compliance controls.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Security teams to improve development workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, including senior-level responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud and on-premises Kubernetes; OpenShift experience is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
  • Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Generative AI experience is preferred, including AI workflows, automation, or AI-driven tooling.
