Responsibilities
- Deploy into Integrated Project Teams to discover, scope, and solve engineering problems using AI-enabled platform tooling.
- Collaborate with the AI platform team on architecture and design decisions and with process owners on engineering-process changes.
- Build custom applications, workflows, and templates supporting engineering products from specifications through implementation.
- Develop expert knowledge of the tooling, including its opportunities and failure modes.
- Upskill project-team engineers and leave teams more capable after each engagement.
Requirements
- Familiarity with LLMs, SLMs, and agentic AI as a user.
- Programming and scripting experience such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and Bash.
- Product and systems-thinking capability.
- Curiosity, proactivity, strong written communication, outcome orientation, and comfort working across complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to enter unfamiliar programmes, build trust quickly, and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Eligibility for full security clearance.
