Responsibilities
- Implement UX designs in collaboration with UX designers using React and Redux.
- Build custom widgets for dashboards using Google Looker Studio plugins.
- Develop scalable, highly available application platforms using modern PaaS platforms such as GCP.
- Participate in requirements analysis and grooming.
- Use PaaS components such as CDNs and NoSQL databases to support scalability, reliability, and operability.
- Document and communicate architecture and implementation solutions.
- Own production code, including on-call support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong focus on React and Redux with high proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with operational code ownership, on-call support, troubleshooting, and uptime.
- Experience applying modern UI design patterns and separating concerns in distributed systems.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, self-motivation, and ownership skills.
- Experience developing custom Google Looker Studio widgets is desirable.
- Contact center software experience is a plus but not required.
