Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Integration Consultants to understand client integration requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Utilize Open REST APIs to offer expert integration advice.
- Develop customized integration solutions for complex third-party platforms.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize customer integration requirements.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through testing.
- Guide clients through on-premise and cloud-based software integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues during integration.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients for smooth integration projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development or related roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from various sources.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and APIs.
- Knowledge of Tech Stack components including JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and MySQL.
- Strong experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.
- Proven experience with integration tools such as Workato and Boomi.
- Strong background in API development and management.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise system integrations.
- Knowledge of network architecture and security principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
