Responsibilities
- Lead the development of custom system solutions and dashboards for R&D operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between core platforms like Jira and Salesforce.
- Create and maintain AI agents and internal tools for data access and operational efficiency.
- Design and build production-grade backend services in Python and TypeScript.
- Define API contracts and data models with a focus on reliability and security.
- Write high-quality, tested code with clear standards for testing.
- Own observability and operational readiness for internal tools and data pipelines.
- Build maintainable React-based internal applications with strong UX practices.
- Leverage AI assistants to streamline development processes.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for integrations and systems.
- Build and govern self-service analytics dashboards to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on system engineering.
- Proven experience developing integrations using APIs and modern programming languages.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses.
- Experience building AI/ML-powered utilities or agents.
- Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems like Jira and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
- Ability to independently drive complex projects and deliver value.
