Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer projects from initial requirements through production.
- Build and deploy voice AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Develop integrations and production systems using Python and JavaScript.
- Understand customer requirements and design technical solutions.
- Run technical demos and help customers use Retell effectively.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems.
- Identify product gaps and collaborate with Engineering to improve the platform.
- Help expand Retell’s presence across APAC.
- Travel across APAC as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, CSE/Support Engineer, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong software engineering skills, especially in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems or complex technical products.
- Ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
- Based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
