Responsibilities
- Execute manual and exploratory testing across new features and regressions.
- Document and triage bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments.
- Own final QA sign-off for production releases to ensure stability.
- Conduct cross-browser and device testing for consistent user experience.
- Validate third-party integrations for data accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain and execute regression test suites to catch unintended side effects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements.
- Use real customer workflows to identify usability issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in an evolving product environment with changing requirements.
- Comfort writing clear, structured bug reports.
- Familiarity with browser dev tools and basic debugging techniques.
- Experience in API integration testing.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally.
