Responsibilities

Design and own the end-to-end Workday Recruiting configuration and integration strategy.
Build, maintain, and scale Workday Recruiting configurations and ensure seamless data flow.
Implement comprehensive automated test coverage for recruiting processes.
Create reusable configuration frameworks and templates to standardize processes.
Drive API-level and end-to-end integration testing across the Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
Validate Workday Recruiting Extend apps and advanced configurations for compliance and performance.
Establish recruiting-specific quality metrics and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
Champion candidate experience excellence by optimizing career site performance and workflows.
Lead technical design reviews and configuration governance for recruiting process changes.
Drive root cause analysis and systemic improvements across recruiting data quality and user experience.
Collaborate with various teams to align technical solutions with business priorities.
Manage Workday Recruiting roadmap alignment with bi-annual releases and feature updates.

6+ years of experience with SaaS/Cloud HR technology and Workday Recruiting.
Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes and high-volume recruiting.
Strong technical skills in Workday Recruiting configuration and integration troubleshooting.
Experience with recruiting automation tools and modern ATS integrations.
Test automation and quality engineering experience with tools like Tricentis Tosca.
Data-driven mindset with experience in building recruiting analytics and dashboards.
Understanding of recruiting compliance requirements and ability to configure systems accordingly.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing or contributing to enterprise-scale Workday implementations.
Passion for candidate experience and recruiting innovation.
