Responsibilities
- Identify and convert manual CS workflows into AI-powered systems.
- Replace reactive processes with proactive triggers for CS teams.
- Build intelligent workflows to reduce administrative overhead.
- Automate the CS lifecycle with AI-powered tools.
- Develop systems for post-call follow-ups and competitor research.
- Create agents that synthesize account health and predict churn risk.
- Partner with CS leadership to redesign the operating model.
- Measure and optimize the impact of AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or SQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience with automation tools and custom integrations.
- Familiarity with APIs and structured data handling.
- Understanding of customer success workflows and SaaS metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
