Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable tax technology solutions using Python, generative AI, and modern development practices.
- Define front-end architectures and user experiences while owning technical components and solution-design best practices.
- Collaborate with tax professionals, Product Managers, and Solutions Architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead planning, architecture, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement for tax technology projects.
- Mentor and develop other Solutions Architects through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, contribute to solution planning, and demonstrate capabilities in customer workshops.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- At least 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience working in software development or Internet-related industries is preferred.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud is preferred.
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a development and operations perspective is preferred.
