Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack products from user interfaces through backend databases.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and maintainable APIs and backend services.
- Work with product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Present features and technical solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct peer code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and API documentation improvements.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to delivery planning, estimation, system architecture, and engineering process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong professional full-stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, system design, maintainability, and code quality.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is beneficial.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases, microservices, or event-driven architectures is desirable.
