Responsibilities

  • Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software for manufacturing test and automation environments.
  • Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to understand system behavior and requirements.
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues across software and system boundaries.
  • Apply AI-assisted and agentic workflows to improve test efficiency and development velocity.
  • Share knowledge, guide less experienced engineers, and influence organizational engineering strategies.

Requirements

  • Require 5–7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated software development and engineering fundamentals, including the ability to design, code, test, and debug complex systems.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of C#, Python, Java, or SQL.
  • Experience with operating systems, networking concepts, system-level interactions, tools, databases, and hardware platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent, is desirable.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems, test automation, embedded software, firmware, BIOS, or device-level integration is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
