Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI systems combining vision, language, and motor control to improve robotic autonomy.
- Implement Vision-Language-Action Models that enable robots to perform tasks based on verbal and visual cues.
- Test and refine models under real-world conditions for reliability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with software engineers and roboticists to integrate AI systems into broader automation solutions.
- Contribute across research, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in robotics, AI, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, particularly vision-language models and robotic control systems.
- Experience with vision and language processing frameworks such as OpenCV and Transformers.
- Ability to address complex interdisciplinary technology challenges.
- Preferred: practical experience implementing Vision-Language-Action Models in robotic systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with sensor fusion and real-time system integration.
- Preferred: experience with robotics simulation and testing frameworks.
- Preferred: publications or contributions to relevant AI or robotics conferences or journals.
