Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend platforms for AI agents and MCP servers.
- Design infrastructure for orchestration, lifecycle management, and deployment of AI systems.
- Define platform standards and best practices for agent development.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, including automated testing pipelines and quality metrics.
- Improve observability through monitoring and performance analysis.
- Build APIs, SDKs, and self-service tools for developers.
- Collaborate with engineers and teams on architecture and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to the technical direction of Spotify’s internal AI ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating large-scale backend or platform infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern infrastructure tooling.
- Understanding of AI agents and orchestration frameworks in production.
- Ability to design testing strategies and quality measurements for complex systems.
- Experience building APIs and developer platforms at scale.
- Comfortable with observability tooling and system performance improvement.
- Proficient in writing clean code in Python or TypeScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
