Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI systems across ML pipelines, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
- Unify heterogeneous data sources using rule-based, probabilistic, and ML-based approaches.
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring fine-tuned generative AI and machine learning models.
- Evaluate agentic orchestration, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation approaches and recommend frameworks.
- Collaborate with data science, product, security operations, and threat research teams on customer-facing solutions.
- Write code, review pull requests, debug production issues, document technical decisions, and mentor engineers.
- Instrument AI quality, measure outcomes, and improve feedback loops with operations teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building intelligent systems, distributed platforms, or AI-enhanced applications.
- Experience designing and shipping systems supporting ML, data science, generative AI, or agentic workloads.
- Production experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and some fine-tuning exposure.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM integration patterns such as AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, or LangGraph.
- Strong hands-on coding ability and experience delivering outcomes with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AWS-preferred cloud-native data services and infrastructure-as-code or CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts including threat detection, alert triage, risk modeling, exposure management, MITRE ATT&CK, and telemetry.
- Familiarity with Spark, Flink, Kafka, and Databricks.
- Experience with ML quality measurement and evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus a security-first and DevSecOps mindset.
