Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application features and release processes while maintaining system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases.
- Participate independently in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Automation Testing.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies for Salesforce environments.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze test results and work with development teams to resolve defects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and APIs.
