Responsibilities
- Review specifications and architecture to identify risks and gaps.
- Define test strategies, plans, and cases with traceability to requirements.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases and make go/no-go recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize regression and CI/CD test cases, including addressing flaky tests.
- Assess and implement test automation and improve testing frameworks.
- Report, investigate, and verify defects and fixes.
- Communicate testing progress and milestones to stakeholders.
- Help define, implement, and roll out new quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in QA or software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with Selenium and Cypress.
- Exposure to regression, functional, performance, and unit testing.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile.
