Base Salary
$172k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the Exposure Management team.
- Own the migration plan for legacy ASM functionality to the new platform.
- Take end-to-end ownership of backend services and resolve complex legacy behavior.
- Drive technical alignment across shared systems for improved scalability.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and high standards.
- Leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance the Exposure Management platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with Golang.
- Strong distributed systems background with high availability and fault-tolerance.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and operational stacks.
- Ability to navigate and reverse-engineer legacy systems.
- Strong communication and technical design skills.
