Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical strategy for enterprise applications, integration platforms, and digital capabilities supporting operations and supply chain transformation.
- Establish architecture standards and design resilient, scalable, secure enterprise platforms.
- Develop integration strategies using API-first, event-driven, and data-centric architectures across business systems.
- Evaluate technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration capabilities and advise engineering and business leadership on investment decisions.
- Promote software quality, reliability, security, observability, maintainability, automation, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers, improve developer productivity, foster architectural alignment, and lead initiatives that strengthen technical execution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or manufacturing-adjacent environments.
- Hands-on full-stack experience with React.js, microservices or serverless systems, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience delivering supply chain, procurement, or e-commerce systems at OEM or Tier-1 scale.
- Deep familiarity with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native design patterns, production-scale systems, and real SLAs.
- Strong understanding of API design, event-driven messaging, EDI integration patterns, and heterogeneous enterprise system integration.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms and their integration with custom operational applications.
- Ability to work in fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environments while balancing scope, quality, and delivery.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders and presenting to executive or board-level audiences.
