Responsibilities
- Design and develop software for next-generation semiconductor defect detection products.
- Make technical decisions and ensure application scalability and performance.
- Develop and debug software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices.
- Create software documentation and test procedures, troubleshoot software problems, and ensure quality and functionality.
- Design and implement complex software architectures for high-performance, large-scale distributed systems.
- Communicate with internal customers to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead small projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency and experience with Java, networking principles, and multithreading.
- Experience developing on Linux with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex software architectures.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Python proficiency, experience with high-volume data, and inter-process communication are preferred.
- A master’s degree in a related field and leadership experience are preferred.
