Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem solving.
- Optimize and improve existing infrastructure, architecture, and processes for cloud platforms.
- Own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development, deployment, and support.
- Design and build scalable, highly available, and maintainable systems.
- Build multi-tenant RESTful services at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in Java, preferably in an enterprise software company.
- Hands-on experience with AWS APIs and technologies such as EC2, IAM, and S3.
- Experience in configuring and developing with MySQL, including building replication chains.
- Current hands-on development experience with open-source technologies like Memcached and Spring.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Linux Shell and Python.
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and readable code in a team environment.
- Experience with Immutable Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proven mentoring skills to improve team performance.
