Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Build autonomous agentic AI workflows using multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and Workato automation capabilities.
- Implement and deploy RAG systems using connectors, workflows, and recipes to provide grounded, real-time LLM responses.
- Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for reliable agent workflow execution.
- Troubleshoot and analyze AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks.
- Develop, deploy, monitor, and improve scalable AI-powered IT workflows and integrations.
- Work with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions aligned with technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and the company knowledge base.
- Participate in product development from ideation through implementation and assist the product manager with technical and design specifications.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible information for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workato or a similar workplace orchestration and integration platform.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on integration experience involving automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Experience with Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies, iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with cloud business applications such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, and ServiceNow; Marketo experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking, analytical, communication, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills.
