Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own customer projects end to end from scoping through launch.
- Clarify requirements, define scope and technical approaches, and drive execution across stakeholders.
- Build customer-specific workflows and internal tools using Python, React, Tabs’ APIs, and internal systems.
- Combine APIs, flexible workflows, and lightweight tooling to create practical customer solutions.
- Investigate customer environments and tools, and resolve customer-impacting issues cross-functionally.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and customer impact while partnering with implementation, customer success, product, engineering, and GTM teams.
- Surface customer patterns and escalate product gaps that may inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience and strong working knowledge of Python used to build and support production workflows and internal tools.
- Strong systems thinking, including the ability to reason about data flows, integrations, edge cases, and failure modes.
- Comfort working across APIs, data, and operational tooling to deliver reliable customer-facing functionality.
- Ability to scope and drive delivery end to end in ambiguous environments.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working in client-facing contexts.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SQL, GitHub, production debugging, live customer environments, customer-facing technical work, and field or forward-deployed engineering.
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Snowflake, Google Sheets, Excel, finance, accounting, or B2B operations workflows is a plus.
