Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, validate, and observe agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments.
- Develop agent intelligence using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, and current LLM techniques.
- Build and integrate data pipelines, model data, and validate outputs across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and provide enablement.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience; Senior-level candidates require 6–10 years.
- At least one production system experience and a demonstrated builder mindset.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to deliver quality code, evaluate AI outputs rigorously, and work with sales teams and customer architects.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, cloud data platform experience, and experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
