Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scrapers, or RPA.
- Participate in client discovery sessions, map workflows, and translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Ship custom integrations quickly and iterate based on feedback from real-world use.
- Contribute to the core product when integration work is not the primary bottleneck.
- Develop working knowledge of the US provider and payer landscape.
- Work directly with clients and the founding team.
Requirements
- Two to five years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping software, including ownership of features from discovery through delivery.
- Startup experience in a small team, with broad ownership and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor in production work.
- Proficiency with Python and FastAPI or an equivalent backend framework, plus React and TypeScript or equivalent frontend technologies.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with web scraping or RPA, US healthcare systems, AWS or GCP, or production LLM applications is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $150,000 to $230,000 USD.
- Hybrid role based in New York City, New York, with in-person team or client meetings as needed and some travel.
