Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in architectural enhancements and integration solutions.
- Design and build reliable systems with high standards for durability and performance.
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for system health insights.
- Develop and evolve CI/CD workflows to improve developer experience and efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in development methodologies.
- Collaborate with various teams to address complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and AWS CloudWatch.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Solid understanding of AWS networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
- Expertise in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and solve high-level problems.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Natural leader with a passion for mentoring and upskilling engineers.
