Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems.
- Own the AI SaaS ecosystem from tool evaluation to ROI measurement.
- Architect secure patterns for AI tool usage, including data handling and access controls.
- Build and manage identity and access management across the organization.
- Partner with AI Governance and business leaders to define safe usage policies.
- Educate teams on effective and secure use of AI tools.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and tooling.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows in production environments.
- Experience connecting enterprise systems using APIs and automation platforms.
- Ability to design practical security guardrails for business protection.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and orchestration tools.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in small environments with ownership of projects.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
