Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell for Microsoft 365 automation, administration, and lifecycle management.
- Implement Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation according to governance, security, and lifecycle standards.
- Investigate root causes of automation failures, performance issues, and operational incidents and partner with the Architect on remediation.
- Support production automation and platform workloads, including documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards covering automation health, platform usage, adoption, and governance or audit metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and six years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions, or a high school diploma/GED and ten years of such experience.
- At least three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- At least three years of PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- At least two years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- At least one year of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, MS-102, or AI-102 are preferred.
- Preferred experience includes governing Copilot Studio or other agent-based solutions, regulated-industry automation, Power Platform governance, troubleshooting, backlog-driven delivery, written communication, architectural compliance, and AI-assisted development tools.
