Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI, LLM-based workflows, and Agentic AI components for financial-process automation and decision-making.
- Execute end-to-end testing of AI solutions and agent workflows for accuracy, reliability, and regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and technical teams on data pipelines for AI training, inference, and agent execution.
- Evaluate model and agent performance and improve accuracy, compliance, explainability, and overall quality.
- Identify reusable Generative AI and Agentic AI components and patterns for future projects.
- Explain technical and AI concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Practical banking or financial-industry experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI, including LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflow orchestration.
- Very good Python and SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and databases.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative or technical field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, finance experts, and technical teams.
