Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI agents and autonomous marketing workflows.
- Implement multi-step agentic flows involving LLM orchestration and platform service integration.
- Work with LLM APIs for prompt engineering and response handling.
- Design and run agent evaluations, defining quality metrics and measuring performance.
- Monitor and optimize agent performance based on production data.
- Write production-quality code in Python and contribute to PHP backend integration.
- Build and maintain APIs and service interfaces for agent functionality.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incidents related to agent services.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to define agent capabilities.
- Contribute to documentation of agent architectures and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Hands-on experience building and running AI agents in a production environment.
- Experience with agent evaluation and performance optimization.
- Solid backend development skills in Python; familiarity with PHP is a plus.
- Understanding of building reliable and observable systems.
- Active practitioner of AI-driven development tools.
- Ability to work iteratively and ship code quickly.
- Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills across multiple codebases.
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
- Willingness to work flexible hours for US timezone overlap.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks or multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for LLM agents.
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for LLM features.
- Frontend experience with React or Ember.
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD practices, and observability tooling.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies.
