Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Architect scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions for device protocol communications.
- Research emerging technologies and champion valuable technology adoption.
- Guide the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Make strategic technical decisions and influence project and team direction.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, architectural coaching, and career guidance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex projects.
- Advanced object-oriented programming skills, preferably in C#.
- Strong experience with database design, SQL, and backend services.
- Experience with IoT or hardware devices is a plus.
- Experience implementing and improving unit testing and automated testing strategies.
- Experience with distributed systems, real-time communications, or high-performance applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
