Responsibilities
- Migrate large customer and contract datasets and further develop the migration approach.
- Support customers during complex data migration projects, including technical analysis of source systems.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and customers’ application development teams.
- Develop ETL processes, automations, and data model mappings.
- Contribute ideas and expertise to improve the company’s migration software and reduce project complexity.
- Implement projects independently and help improve development processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software development experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- A vocational or university degree is desirable.
- Experience developing ETL processes, automations, and data model mappings.
- Professional experience with database management systems, ideally SQL-based, and processing large volumes of data.
- Several years of experience with Java and initial experience with Java EE and containers.
- Ability to use AI tools confidently in the relevant field, critically assess their results, and identify opportunities for customers and the company.
- Very good German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, teamwork, creativity, and independent project execution.
