Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and scalable software components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead team decisions and provide solutions to problems across immediate and extended teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and integrate custom solutions into enterprise environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) is required.
- Experience with SAP Security is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions within enterprise environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
